Shipping Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery Times

We typically ship orders within 1-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (via email) so you can track your order's progress.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic orders: 3-24 business days
International orders: 5-24 business days

Please note that these are just estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries around the world. However, there are some restrictions on certain products, such as hazardous materials. Please contact us for more information about shipping to your country.

Customs and Duties

You may be responsible for paying customs and duties when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and we are not responsible for paying them.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Please read: We can only offer a refund if the item/s are damaged or not what you ordered (i.e Receiving the wrong design on your T-Shirt or receiving the wrong colour garment). We cannot offer a refund for the customer ordering the incorrect size or changing their mind upon receiving the item. To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to the size guide that you can access through the link in the footer OR in the FAQ section. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track your return package.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
